Established in 1994. After many years being in business, in July of 2007 we adopted new philosophy: "We should do only one thing, but we must do it really good." Since then, ductless mini split Systems, that is all we do! Carefully choosing right installers, constantly training, hand-picking quality materials and equipment - we want to make sure you get the best. By the end of 2008 we have installed more than 300 systems and became really proficient at it. That is because our technicians install ductless systems every single day (of course when weather permits). In your situation the technician "happen to be in your building" for another job, he was not prepared to deal with [your] complicated troubleshooting. Extensive troubleshooting involving laptop (running troubleshooting app) requires a separate trip, on which the technician will have a laptop, without a doubt. "The complaint was thoroughly investigated, and closed by BBB. Richair provided necessary evidence (phone calls log and receipts) to support that the customer was "not entirely honest". [Member Name Removed] K. cancelled the project one month(!) after acceptance of the contract. The delay was entirely caused by [Member Name Removed] repeatedly not answering phone calls made to schedule the job. The job was all staged and ready to go. We refunded his deposit within 7 days from [real] cancellation date (3/14/18), but withheld restocking fee.
