+ -1 moreIcontractedn with Red Oak to remodel my kitchen in my NYC apartment. After the agreement was signed off; Red Oak created uwarranted fees to insure the job, and to process the necessary paperwork for the department of buildings. The additional charges were so inexplicable that I lost trust with them. I promptly terminated the contract prior to Red Oak starting the job. Red Oak refused to return the deposit. I found their business practices to be unprofessional , unethical, and dishonest. Red Oak is not a company that I would do business with.
