The on site crew was talented, efficient, courteous, and professional. They were helpful and understanding of the fact that we have a 2 year old during construction, and also were very courteous to my wife who works from home. The site manager was knowledgeable and very professional. He was accessible and very easy to work with. The specialists who worked on site were also excellent.
The results are spectacular. I never expected an 80 year old room could look so new and clean. PCC handled all of our requests and installed everything to perfection. We used a mix of vendors for the finishes and the results are seamless.
I also want to note that the team came in on Christmas Eve to help finish some details so we could use the new bathroom the next day while hosting for the holiday. I really appreciated that they would come in on the holiday to meet our request to be ready on the 25th. I'm sure that the site manager and owner had plenty of family obligations, but they made time for us too. Their professionalism and reliability got Platinum Carpentry and Construction over the top to the straight A review here. I highly recommend reaching out to them for work on co-ops and any other kind of property.
