Lb General Contracting, Corp.

Lucas Birski is the head of LB General Contracting, and he is a skilled, considerate, efficient contractor.  He is knowledgeable and experienced,  not to mention kind and cheerful. And one of the best things about him is that he is communicative, responsive to issues and follows up so that everything is done correctly.  The work was done in a  multi-family building, and while I have had various work done by others over the years,  this is the first time that other residents complimented the contractor and crew - Lucas's workers were skilled, hard working, polite and helpful and always responsive when something needed to be done.  They cleaned the public halls each day after work, and Lucas always encouraged me to ask  if I needed them to help me with something.  
I have a done a lot of renovation in the last 20 years in this 150 year old brownstone, and LB General Contracting/Lucas Birski is the best that I have encountered.  i recommend this company without reservation!
