The project was very complicated because stairs to the top floors of our condominium were removed and the affected homeowners in the second and third floor units had to use the stairs for the unit next to them which required opening the terrace railings separating the units and then welding it back in place after the work was done. The owner, Dominick, is a wizard at improvising and his crew is reliable, accommodating and personable. Even though the homeowners were temporarily inconvenienced they appreciated the quality of the workmanship and the correction of what could have been a potential safety hazard. The premises were left spotless. Please see my previous review in June, 2012 which enumerates some other major projects performed by this vendor.

In the mid-90s, Dominick attended a homeowner's meeting to describe how he would handle a major project requiring tiling our 2nd and 3rd floor terraces and taking down the old, termite infested and rotting railroad ties surrounding our units and replacing them with a decorative concrete wall. The bid was somewhat higher compared to some other bids but Dominick's bid (the company was called Agro at the time) was so much more detailed and professional in nature and he was so confident that we decided to go with him. His work was superb. From that point on Dominick (working under the company names of Agro and La Life) has been our only General Contractor as you can see from the above description.
