Excellent !!! Showed up promptly and the 4 movers were a real pleasure to work with .They maintained their "cool" in spite of the unusually high temps.

My husband and I used Ken's moving 18 years ago when we first moved into our apartment. They did such a great job that we decided to call them to help us relocate to another home while our apartment gets renovated. Carlo and Julian arrived to our apartment on time. They were very careful about how they stacked and carried things out of the apartment and into our new home. They had to move some very large pieces including a very heavy kings size headboard, mattress, and box spring through a very narrow staircase without breaking the chandelier or any of the many glass ornaments in our new temporary home. Both of They were very respectful, helpful, and easy to work with. Carlo and Julian did an A+ job and I would hire them again.

We were very pleased with the move of our 4 bedroom house to a 3 bedroom 2nd floor walk up. Ken's staff was very professional and courteous. They arrived about 20 minutes past start time, but they completed the job within 4.5 hours. They patiently waited for us to decide on the final location of furniture and carefully loaded and unloaded the fragile items. They made sure the garbage from the packing and unpacking were properly disposed. I would highly recommend their services.

I moved long distance the boys showed up on time they were very pleasant and helpful. They put all my furniture together that they took apart and were very careful of my belongings. They worked very hard and were done so quick. I had a lot of stuff and I filled there truck from front to back I could not believe they were able to fit it all in the truck. They had that truck unloaded in 2 hours. I would gladly recommend them again and I have. They made my move a pleasant one

Excellent experience . The men were on time and got right to work. My estimate was right on the money. The men were very professional . This was my second time using this company and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to move .

Very badly. The truck they sent for the move was too small. My niece notified the move supervisor, Ricky, of this and he said "we know what we are doing". I saw the truck and immediately called Karen in the office and she said "Ken knows what you need, don't worry." The movers arrived at about 9am. By 2 pm, they still were not able to load all the stuff into the truck and announced they were sending a van to pick up the odd pieces. Because the truck was too small several things happened that impacted the quality of the work: 1. furniture was left unwrapped because they could not fit things in there with the wrapping--so without my knowledge or consent they left stuff unwrapped that I was told they were supposed to wrap. I caught one worker walking out with an unwrapped LEDTV. I told him he better wrap that before he put it in the truck. 2. They did not wrap a brand air conditioner (I even told them the original box was available if they wanted--they didn't). As a result they placed it unwrapped--tipping it on top of a plastic cabinet so the fins were worn away by the movement of the cabinet. As a result the ride ruined the entire back of it. 3. A package of three cherry wood sleeves to the dining room table that were wrapped were unwrapped and as a result 2 sleeves suffered deep gouges. 4. a gas powered lawn mower was thrown into the van UPSIDE DOWN. As a result, oil and gas were allowed to fill parts of the mower. When I called Ken to complain he said I was supposed to drain the gas and oil. I said no one told me that. In fact, a can of gasoline was right next to the mower that the movers refused to take because there was a little gas inside--they said nothing to us about the gasoline or oil in the lawn mower. 5. On the day of the packing as the afternoon wore on, the supervisor Ricky asked my niece and brother if we could take some items in our car because "that would help us a lot". My niece explained that we could not since we only had one car and we were going to load it with stuff we couldn't give the movers. 5. The refrigerator had shelves that the mover said they could not leave in the refrigerator. He took them out in the morning and left them on the floor. Later, right before they decided they needed a van, a mover told my niece he could not take the shelves because they were unpacked. My niece said "oh yes you are". She taped two boxes and fit them together and they had to take them. I'm convinced if she didn't do that they would have left them because they had no room in the truck. 6. Because the truck was too small, the movers had to spend valuable time and energy completely emptying their truck of padding, boxes, etc. They then had to spend more time and energy figuring out how to get it into the van. I believe this was the reason they just tossed the lawn mover in upside down because they had to fit my stuff AND their stuff into the extra van. I tried to speak the Ken about these things but he didn't seem to want to hear anything and kept telling me about their policies and such. I understand he has policies but these problems arose because he sent a truck that was too small. The size delayed the packing, impacted the packing, wore everyone out and even affected the unpacking on the next day. If they just would have brought a bigger truck.

The movers were on-time and efficient. My furniture was delivered without incident.

This was the absolute, 100% easiest, stress free move I have had since a company paid relocation in 1990. They were on time, down to business, and most importantly, friendly guys. There were no hitches, complaints or damages, and almost every move has damages. I can't thank the guys enough for their work. Moved bedroom furniture, heavy office cabinets and over 100 boxes. The entire move was a little over 8 hours and was right on target with the estimate.

They were delightful to deal with. Rick and his crew treated our belongings with care and put them exactly where we wanted in our new home. They even took the time to tighten up a loose nut on a leaky radiator while they were moving our stuff in.
We used them 5 years ago and will use them when we move again.
I would recommend Ken's Moving to all my friends and family.
