Description of Work: Cha Connaughton of Dunmore Construction is completely unreliable and unprofessional. After taking time off work to meet with him regarding a series of projects that I wanted to have done, he informed me that my project would begin in 3 weeks. Assuming this was a good sign as all good contractors have a wait list, I agreed. But the date when my project was to begin came and went and I received no response to my multiple emails and phone calls. Finally, he sent me an email saying he'd "like to assign a carpenter to my project and to please give him a couple of days". That was two weeks ago. I have since contacted him asking that he at least respond to let me know the status. Nothing. No email, phone call - nothing. It must be nice to not need work - he'll certainly never get mine and I suggest that no one else wast their time, either.

+ -1 moreWE ALWAYS USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE VERY HONEST AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY WENT OVER ALL OF THEIR PLANS WITH US TO MAKE SURE THAT WE WERE SATISFIED WITH EVERYTHING. THEY GOT EVERYTHING DONE ON TIME. WE HAVE RECOMMENDED THEM TO EVERYONE.
Description of Work: THEY REMODELED OUR HOUSE.
