As a Property Manager, I have dealt with numerous contractors and vendors. I cannot say enough about the professionalism and postive attitude that Joe Grippo gave this company. Time was of the essence due to the lack of cooperation of the Post Office and Joe drove to JFK Airport with his own truck to pick up the mailboxes instead of waiting for them to be delivered to the job site. Also, he spoke with the Post Office management and the politicos who were involved in this project. Through the perserverance of this office and Joe Grippo, the job was completed in a neat orderly manner and all were satisfied.

I WAS PLEASED WITH THE SERVICES THAT CITY WINDOWS HAS PERFORMED. THEY HAVE EXCELLENT PROMPT SERVICE. IT TOOK THEM ONE DAY TO CALL IN THE REQUEST AND TO GET IT REPAIRED.
