The rainy weather we got after we, ourselves had spread the top soil added to the labor of seeding the lawn.(we elected to have a different company deliver 15 yds.of top soil, which we then had elected to spread ourselves almost a month prior to seeding.) The day of seeding 6.1.13 my husband pitchedinwith the rototiller to break up the top soil. This helped expedite the seeding process and gave the seed a better surface area to stick to.When the seeding was done we lightly sprinkled the new seed with water as per John. We asked many questions when all was done,butJohn was not carrying the lawn care info sheets with him. He provided detailed information with an e-mail and a place to ask qestion was provided. He was always available when we called his phone. He also gave me some extra seed a few days later as I was panicking about some spots that may have washed out. The job was done before we knew it. We're very glad to see the green coming up
