ABSOLUTE CONSTRUCTION

it was terrible!!!!! He was 1 1/2 hours late. Then when he arrived, it took him....and I'm not making this up.....it took him exactly 4 minutes to tell me that there was a leak in my unit. i asked where. he said he didn"t know. I asked how he knew there was a leak then. He said he "just knew". BUT........he could fill my unit with freeon for $575.00, and see what happens. This was AFTER i told him I wasn't going to just buy a new unit without it being looked at. He then told me that it would take 3 hours just to look and see where the leak is. Dude......my house is about the size of a postage stamp. AND all the pipes are exposed under my house in the crawl space!!!!! AND the unit is completely in view in my attic and outside. Now with that said.....i would def not ever use they guys again. It's too bad. Because the past winter I had them out to fix the heating and pipes. I had a man named Graham Peters. He was excellent!!!! I asked for him and they told me he didn't do air conditioning....which I think was a lie considering when Graham left in the winter, I asked him if he would come back for the AC and he said to just ask for him!!!!!

THEY ARE EXCELLENT. THEY HAVE VERY HARD WORKERS THAT DID NOT MESS AROUND. THEY GOT RIGHT TO WORK. THE WORKERS WERE ALSO VERY POLITE AND FRIENDLY TO ME. THE FINAL PROJECT LOOKS WONDERFUL AND WE ARE VERY HAPPY.
