Steve and his cousin were nice but he would bring people over to hang while they worked. Girlfriend, aunt. Had to ask twice to not smoke in the house. I asked and purchased design tiles to add a strip in bathtub and he didn’t do it or add the new window - he had to come back the next day and break the tiles from wall to add the strip but instead of having the pretty strip on top half of shower wall it was placed at bottom half !!! And he didn’t change the window. He spilled purple PVC primer on my kitchen floor and I asked him to clean it he blamed me because I told him I was planning on replacing the kitchen floor in the future so he didn’t see the need to protect my floors and he tried to walk out on the job so I told him he needed to finish bathroom or he was not getting the amount we agreed upon- he did finish the bathroom but no gaulk or paint on green dry walls or grout on half dozen floor tiles. I called him and text him to come back and he did he come back and caulked side of the tub and door frame but the fixtures in shower just move around. Not glued to wall. He also did not change the window as I asked and purchased. Floor tiles have not grout. I asked him to come back but he said ok but never did and said he has other jobs so now I had to hire another person to Finnish the job and I have no more money left to replace my kitchen floor and I have a 3 foot purple stain in my kitchen floor and looks disgusting- so upsetting- I just don’t have the $ for new floors. Not a good company.

Professional and knowledgeable

He is arrogant and way overpriced. He did work fast and smart, however, he charged us $450 for not quite 2 hours of work. I assume he charged us for one hour and twenty minutes of travel time. When I advised him of our concern(after he left the house) for what we had been charged, he did not offer to negotiate the price. He made more per hour than and educational adminstrator with a Masters degree and 30 years experience.

I contacted a local company... I try to do business locally... they never showed up. Called R&R Home Improvements... My business is in Rome, NY and their business in Utica, NY... they showed evaluated what I needed got the whole job done even though it was after hours. Very satisfied with their work and professionalism.

He did a great job and I will have him back again. He cleaned up after his work and didn't leave until it was finished. Very nice man.

We had an electrical problem that another business looked at and could not do the work until over a week away. Went to home advisors and found R and R who came promptly and fixed the problem in one visit. The problem wasn’t even what the first contractor said. So glad I came to this site. R and R was professional , knowledgeable, pleasant, even cleaned up after himself , and I would certainly recommend him to anyone. When he left I not only felt that I found someone really dependable but that we made a new friend.

Last year they replaced plastic gutters (which I hated) with seamless. Price was affordable even on my limited budget. They showed up when they said they would, worked quickly, efficiently and did an excellent job. They even set up my rain barrel for me. I definitely received great value for my money. Would hire them again.

Pulled into my driveway and ran down my mailbox and never fixed it, but promised to. Didn’t show up for mowing & when they did, rushed thru to get done because he saved me for last every week, so when it rained, I got pushed back & received no service. I have hired Bellingers Lawn Care & he’s wonderful.... I also used your plumber.... I HAVE ALREADY COMPLETED 3 PROJECTS

They called me right away and came to my house next day to do the job. It was excellent work and I am very happy. At last someone who says they are coming and really do. Very pleasant men who I enjoyed having in my home.

I was pleased to learn that there was no need to replace my existing gutters and that they only needed a tune-up. The work was completed as explained and I now have properly functioning gutters.
