Great! Frank responded right away and came to our house on a Saturday. He is now our regular furnace repairman. I would recommend him to anyone.

I had 3 companies come out and give us an estimate. I chose Frank because he the first time he came out to the house he was very thorough with his measurements and assesment. He answered all our questions and put our concerns to rest. Very polite. Quick to call back. Assured us that the work will not cost over the estimate (no hidden fees/unexpected fees) and stayed through to that. Once we settled on him doing the work, he came out very quickly and did a great job. He even threw in a new thermostat free of charge.

My furnace was damaged after the 2013 summer flood, It was over 30 years old so needless to say I needed a new one. I did my research on furnaces, learned a lot about them and what I needed for my home. I got a lot of estimates, some low some high. I finally decided on one particular company, but the phone tactics of the owner of the company scared me away, he was way too persistent, he called me constantly, very persistent to the point of being creepy. Anyway I decided to get one more estimate .
Frank Riele was referred by a co-worker, he came to my house when it was convenient for me, which was the next day. He gave me an estimate for a high end and low end furnace, did not knock down the low end furnace just to sell me the high end one. He said both were
very good units just different manufacturers. I had been doing a lot of research on the higher end one which so this was my choice. I felt very comfortable with Frank, he answered all my questions in a way I was able to understand..I went with my gut feeling and decided to hire him to installed my furnace. In the mean time I came in contact with other people that had used and still are using his services, this is when I knew I had chosen the right person. He came to my house, installed my furnace without any problems, he removed the old one and cleaned everything up, when he was done he asked if I had a carbon monoxide detector, he said this was required when a unit was installed, so he gave me one at no additional charge. He said he will be filling out all the necessary paper work so that I can get my national grid rebate and he will be registering my furnace. I was very pleased with Frank and I know I made the right choice.

I never received a call back. I just wanted a call back; for somebody to show some kind of respect. They could tell me they can't do the job.

We have had Frank service our furnace since we bought this home in Dec 2009 - Frank is great!

We had issues with the furnace early on, the previous owners did not tell us about how it kept shutting off and had to be reset. Frank came the day we called - he cleaned the furnace and adjusted it. It ran for a day or so and shut down again, he came again and said he'd like to replace a part and see if that worked - if it didn't he wouldn't charge us, he'd swap the parts back and try something else. It was the transformer (I think) and it worked just fine, he dropped by again to double check everything - and all three visits including cleaning and parts was about $200 - and I was very happy with service and price. He is very knowledgeable (we had a few service people in giving us quotes on replacement before we found Frank - they all were happy to say we needed a new oil furnace and oil tank! Most of them were completely unfamiliar with the brand of furnace we had). Frank had worked on similar models before and easily named the two or three things that could be wrong - and suggested we start with the most obvious and least expensive part first.

Frank is a very honest guy who didn't try to sell me thousands of dollars of new equipment, as most other companies did. I wouldn't even think of calling anyone else!

Smoothly. They responded quickly to our call, got the work done in an efficient manner and everything works great and was cleaned up.

The experience was fine. He was very friendly. I gave him the necessary information, and he quoted accordingly. He was very responsive.

Our heat kept kicking off so we had someone come in and clean furnace and tell us it needed to be replaced; we called several companies for quotes. Frank came, re-cleaned the furnace and adjusted the burner. The furnace stayed on a few days and then kicked off - he came by again and replaced the transformer. He said that if the heat stayed on until the weekend then mail the payment, otherwise call him and he'd try something else (so that we'd not spend more than we had to). It worked fine, so we called him to move thermostat as it was interfering with the pellet stove. He's very personable, honest and gets right to the job at hand. He was referred to us by a friend - and we were thrilled with his work and prices! We're considering zoning our heat and will call him to do the work without question. Tell him the people with the brick oven sent you!
