Inspector was punctual and very friendly. Report was clean and easy to understand. The inspector talked us through the entire inspection which made the process more pleasant while putting our neveousness at ease. Thanks to this inspection we were able to negotiate price reduction with seller. Thanks for the amazing job Paul.
