All seemingly went well until stones in the driveway became loose almost immediately. It has been a 5-month battle and I have had to make countless phone calls in an effort to get the problem repaired. Two incomplete repair efforts were made with a promise to complete which was never fulfilled. I now have a driveway with many pavers installed without polymeric sand, just gaps allowing water to get under the pavers, which will likely ruin the driveway, which clearly this company has no intention of fixing. Their customer service is nothing short of abysmal.
The owner, who came to oversee the job every day while it was being done, has never returned once to see the problem for himself, and has been fairly unpleasant to deal with when he deigns to speak to us at all. It takes several calls to his office to get in touch with his wife, who keeps promising the repairs will be completed, but nothing ever gets finished.
I would never use or recommend this company again and am sorry I used him at all now. Heaven forbid anything goes wrong with the patio or porch. I know we'll end up in court.
He was very helpful, and took the time to explain the process, and the differences in the quality of the paving stones. He also showed us photos of prior jobs, and provided us with a detailed quote.
The work was completed in two days as promised. They did a beautiful job. I am looking forward to having him coming back in the spring to do some additional work such as walkways, a front porch, and a new kitchen.
