Flat, Foam or Single Ply Roofing Repair
I hired tony to fix a leak over a window, which he did and that was satisfactory. I also needed my flat roof pitch fixed so water would flow away from the house, towards the gutter. Tony told me they had to redo the flat roof, at a cost of $3000, but this would fix the pitch. I agreed, they put a new flat roof over the existing flat roof. A few days later we had a rain storm and I noticed he made the pitch worse. There is a dip in the middle. Now, every time it rains, I have a small lake in the middle of my flat roof. I called Tony about this 3 times. He kept promising to fix it, but has ghosted me. That was 4 months ago. VERY unreliable. I would never hire them again and would recommend you keep looking if you need roof work.

After contacting Tony late yesterday afternoon, he came by this morning within the time frame he said he would. Very prompt. My roof issue was then diagnosed after inspection and his fee seemed very reasonable. He then completed the repair immediately! I highly recommend Tony and All Phase Construction! Outstanding!

Tony suggested and I agreed to replace instead of repair the roof. I had 3 existing skylights. When Steve came to install the roof he told me he could not replace the skylight flashing without replacing the skylights. I believed him. I asked Tony to send me a statement in writing confirming that the skylight flashing could not be replaced without replacing the skylights as well. After three calls, he provided that letter today.

It was definitely a pleasure to hire the company. Tony was pleasantly polite and on time which is always a plus. I would definitely recommend him to friends and would absolutely rehire if needed. He came out for a free estimate and than returned quickly when I was ready to have the job started. We had a storm damage some of the shingles on our roof and he fixed very nicely (canâ t even notice that itâ s patched up)
