We had a terrific experience with Ronan and Loti. They re-did all our floors and railings, added overhead lighting to every room, painted, and added built ins. Ronan was very communicative and transparent and was very good at explaining complex construction related topics. Were very happy with the end result and I’d reach out to him/Loti for our future contracting needs.

First time homeowners and a basement remodel was our first large project. We had a parade of contractors come through to assess the job and most were in and out in 15 minutes. Ronan, took his time to get to know us and to fully understand the project. He offers transparent and competitive pricing; very detail orientated; and overall, an easy person to work with. Ronan was always available via text or call and his team could not have been a nicer group of people. They left the space spotless upon completion. We had an very positive experience with Loti Contracting and I cannot recommend Ronan & team enough.

Excellent service Loti contracting goes be above and beyond. I had my kitchen remodeled rowan, and his team are professional honest responsive to every question and text. They arrive on time for a job and keep the home neat and clean during construction process beautiful work with quality cabinets in record time, my kitchen could be on HGTV, this was my first experience using a contractor and having construction done in my home it was beyond the best. I highly recommend Loti contracting.

This is the 2nd time we've engaged LOTI for project. This one involved painting (5 rooms), carpentry, and removal of unused baseboard heating. Ronan is a pleasure to work with, has a great team, and stays on top of the details to ensure everything is completed perfectly. We couldn't be happier.

The three things we look for are good value, quality work with attention to detail and someone who can add their experience to bring our ideas to life. We got pricing from a few contractors and talked to them about their approach. Ronan and LOTI were by far the best value, and we were immediately comfortable working with them. We redid our kitchen, floors, bathrooms and more. The work was of the highest quality and we love the finished product. I could not recommend them more!!

We remodeled a bathroom and bedroom that were so old and outdated, and looked for many contractors before deciding on Ronan and Loti Contracting. Five stars cannot express how happy we were with the experience - there should be more. From start to finish Ronan and his crew were skilled, professional, and their work is excellent. When we hit snags (which we expected in this older space) he was able to give us reasonable options. And we went with more detailed tiles and the tile work is exquisite. He transformed the bathroom from a place we hated to use into our own personal spa - we had to add a tub and plumbing to the space and he executed our vision perfectly. I cannot tell you how much we love this new space! In addition we updated a bedroom space and installed recessed lighting. Everything came out perfectly. And him and his crew were so professional and got the work done in a timely manner - honestly I could not say enough good things about the experience. I've heard nightmares from friends about experiences and Ronan made this process so easy.

Loti Contracting are amazing carpenters, optimistic, personal, affordable and most importantly we felt heard. If anyone in the Ossining area is looking for a general contractor look no further than Ronan and his team.

Ronan was great for our project. We recently purchased a new home and needed to remodel our kitchen and do a few other items around the home. Ronan helped us save some money during the demolition process. He was also able to help bring our vision for the kitchen to life. Would recommend his services as well as use him again in the future.

We originally hired Ronan to remodel a very small and very outdated kitchen in a condo we just purchased. He meticulously transformed the old kitchen into a gorgeous, bright, open and well-functioning space. And...he also updated our guest bathroom by installing a new floor, toilet & vanity. Ronan is an absolute pleasure to work with! Ronan, the owner of the company, was great to work with. He was very clear in his communications and was flexible when certain materials we wanted were on hold.
