New construction flooring. Phil was on time, courteous ,helpful, on time , hard working, and finished the project in less time than expected. This was a complicated job with plenty of angles, and the floor is perfect. There were absolutely no negatives in his craftsmanship or job performance. He was neat and left the job site each day in a clean and orderly fashion. It was a great experience and would definitely hire him again in the future
From first contact until receiving care instructions and my keys back the entire experience was fantastic! I was able to meet with Mr. Locy for an estimate in just a couple days and got a price on the spot, no waiting to hear back. Scheduled the work for a couple weeks later. I was able to get all my questions answered and my options clearly explained. Very nice working with experienced professionals. The job was done on the day it was supposed to be done and exceeded my highest expectations! The floors went from dull and unremarkable to jaw dropping! I'll post several pictures shortly as soon as I resolve a USB port problem with my computer. I would recommend Locy's Hardwood Floors with no reservations. I'll definitely use them again in the future. Also the price was a lot less than I expected. A very large living room with connected dining room, large master bedroom and two additional good size bedrooms plus two hallways and four large and one small closet for under $3000.00. Couldn't be happier!
