Paul, the owner of Team Prestige Painting, gave us a proposal for a piece of work on our house (to remove wallpaper and paint): â ¢ After finishing the upstairs portion of the work, he asked for payment for the work completed thus far and said he had to work on another job for 2-3 weeks before coming back to complete the rest of the job. â ¢ The amount he asked for was 86% of the overall original proposal. This was odd to us as the remaining was the basement and is at least 50% of the job (it's the same if not more from a square footage as the other rooms he completed). â ¢ We raised this fact to him, and he acknowledged, but we said that we trust his word and that he would be returning to complete the job. â ¢ It has now been over two months since he left and we have texted, called and emailed him over several attempts with no response. â ¢ We are taking him to small claims court for a portion of the overall money back (multiple thousand dollars). â ¢ Outside of the fact that he showed up on time everyday, even the quality is sub-par as we are starting to notice a lot of careless mistakes in his work. Please please do not use Paul. There is a reason he is available to do the work. Don't make the same mistake we did.

Paul is a total gentleman and his work is excellent. I highly recommend Paul for any refinishing projects you may have.

Paul was the first painter to contact me from a Home Advisor search. He came to give a estimate and explained what he would do and what the cost would be. Made an appointment and showed up on time with all the told and materials needed. Best paint job I have seen in years and the work area after he left was cleaner than when he got here. Paul was punctual, professional, neat, skilled and went above and beyond. His work turned out absolutely beautiful.

Paul was very quick to respond to my Homeadvisor notice. He is diligent and on schedule and the quality of his work is excellent. His fee was also reasonable. My only disappointment was his reneging on completing work in the bathroom, something we had agreed to in writing. This is bad business practice and a violation of customers trust. That said, I do recommend Paul, but be sure to get doubly firm commitment from him that he will carry through on all details of the job.

He showed up on time and worked a full day everyday of the job with minimal disruption to our home. The result was excellent. Highly recommended.

They patched up and painted our ceiling, walls, doors and all trim. They did an excellent job and completed the job on time. Paul and staff were professional and friendly. When they were done, they cleaned everything up and it was perfect. We will definitely use him again.

Friendly and reliable

Paul was friendly and professional. Asked permission before moving belongings and was gentle when doing so. Job was done completely and before anticipated time! So satisfied. I WILL use him again!

After completing 50% of the job, disappeared into the night. After six weeks of emails, calls, texts, never heard from him again.
