The projects went very well with excellent communication and very punctual work. The contractor charged a fixed fee (as opposed to a percentage of the costs) which allowed freedom to buy expensive materials which would increased the amount paid to the contractor. For example, the roofing was at least twice as expensive as the typical asphalt architectural shingles and this included the main house as well as the new building. All in all this was a very stress free experience.
