Overall, we were very pleased. The quality of the work was top notch and the prices were fair and reasonable. They were even willing to drop off our vehicles when we were not able to pick them up. The only down side is that it took longer to get the work done than we might prefer. But this is a fairly small operation, and we are more than willing to put up with that minor inconvenience. We are just thrilled to have found a great mechanic!

He is a very good mechanic and I would highly recommend him. He has done lots and lots of work for me in the last 2 or 3 years. I used to have an old BMW that I traded in last summer, so before that, I had to have repairs. You know as a car gets older it has more and more repairs. They are very convenient. I can go to the dealer but it is 30 miles away and you have to go, drop the car, they you got to go back. It's such a pain. This guy is about 2 minutes from the house, he brings me back to the house, he does everything and he comes back to my house and delivers the house. He doesn't charge extra. He delivers the car and I haven't even paid him. I called him up the next day and said, hey, how much do I owe you.

As usual, Brian was friendly and the job was finished as requested and on time.

It was free. They are my go-to guys and they have done other work in the past. They are good. They go a little further than they need to. They are fast and detailed. They are friendly. I will continue to use them.

When the car failed to start I had it tolled to the Manlius Motor Work, Inc. on the advice of my daughter. It was the day before the long Fourth of July weekend was to begin and they were too busy to work on it that day but completed it the first day after the vacation. When I picked the car up the mechanic made a point of informing me verbally as to the problem and what they did to the car. The facility was clean and the mechanics professional and attentive so I was very impressed with the service I received. I will return to them for future inspections and repairs and would highly recommend them to others.

Brian, performed a cost effective repair on the power steering linkage. I had a prior conversation with him regarding trading the truck in the spring and he took this into consideration rather than a more expensive repair. My experience over the past 7 years is that he is always professional and stands behind his work. He has even lent me a car, at no charge, when a repair took longer than expected due to parts compatiability issues.

They did what I wanted, did it well and on time. Since then I've used them two more times, and I'm satisfied. They are not cheap but they are honest and competent.

Everything has been excellent. They are very trustworthy, and are always professional and willing to get you in as soon as they can.
