John Marinelli

Description of Work: We were in need of a new roof . John was recommended to us by a friend John has worked for. When we moved in 22 years ago we were told we'd need a new roof in a year or two. John Marinelli came over and did a thorough estimate. We needed a complete tear off of our house and garage and our chimney needed repointing and reflashing. The work took a full crew 2 weeks and 1 day. John was on site several times each day ( he has more than 1 crew working each day ) The people in his employ are professional , courteous , considerate and do an exceptional job of cleaning up after themselves. His original estimate was right on target. The only additional charges we incurred were from extra work we asked him to do of a cosmetic nature . Our experience is when a job of this magnitude is completed people tend to point out the flaws and pick it apart. The opposite is the case with John's work on our house.They're pointing out the superior workmanship and materials on our house versus shoddy materials or workmanship on theirs by other contractors. We won't hesitate to use John Marinelli in the future for other structural repair work on our home and recommend him to anyone seeking a quality roofing / structural contractor.
