Description of Work
Demolished an existing structure after determining that is was not salvageable due to numerous structural defects. Worked closely with our architect to build a new structure as a 4 bedroom home from putting in a new foundation to completing the exterior structure before winter. Coordinated all subcontracting and referred us to various reliable vendors in the area (e.g. tile, flooring, kitchen, etc. Interior work will resume in early spring.
