My home needed powerwashing and I needed to have the roof cleaned. I contacted CNY Prowash and several others for an estimate. I chose CNY Prowash because of the excellent customer service provided. Roger was great, he answered all of my questions and made me feel at ease about his company and service. He was also very professional, helpful and responsive. I needed someone to be able to email with me, since it's difficult for me to be on the phone and to call, because of my work schedule. He gladly accommodated my request, which none of the others I contacted could do.
My home looks great. I'm in awe of how my deck looks now. I didn't think that was possible to have it looking nice, again.
Roger and his team made this an easy and overall great experience. I will recommend CNY Prowash to everyone.
