He has been very good. He is an architect out of Manhasset. He actually made a mistake on the architectural plan and rather than trying to convince me that we could do it in a particular way, he immediately amended, apologized and put it through in his own way. That is the type of person I like to deal with. He was not only totally accurate, but he also admitted it immediately, fixed it and it came out perfect. Most of the architects and engineers tell you to do it in a particular way, but he didn?t do that. He was honest and straightforward and I like that in a person. His total fee is going to be $2500 and it is for two backflow prevention devices.
