BREAKFAST ROOM LTD

Good quality work but had to wait a full year to finish 1 bathroom (initially estimated for 3 months).  Workers constantly not showing up when they were supposed to, not getting back to us with communications, glitches took a long time for resolution, and project manager was constantly on vacation without giving us notice.  Love our bathroom now, but would never use them again.  Always felt like they prioritized "bigger and more expensive" jobs over ours.  Was a very frustrating experience - sometimes a week would go by with no workers showing up.  Everyday you weren't sure if progress was going to be made or not and it took so long, we feared it was never going to finish.  At each point when payment was made, the workers would come right after and then disappear again for awhile.  We liked the workers themselves, but their schedule was dictated by the project manager.  Overall customer service and professionalism was very poor - not service oriented at all (i.e., making you feel like their time and the time of their workers is more valued than yours). Would not recommend.
