ALL PRO CARPET CLEANING

I don't have anything to compare their price with. I didn't shop around. I had an issue with my sofa and someone else came out and took care of the damage that was done. All Pro is not certified or credited by the carpet and upholstery industry association so I wouldn't use them again. They are not members of the association. Their prices are not acceptable because to be a member you have to pay and you have to be certified. They are charging prices that they shouldn't be charging because they are not certified. They did respond back and it was okay. I had to actually go to them. After they did respond the first time, they said they would get back to me and they didn't. I had to go to their location and leave them a letter. They were punctual. They were probably okay but they didn't know the fabric well enough to be able to determine the drying time and the chemicals. The fabric on my sofa ended up turning worn. Somebody else had to come out and thank god they could repair that. It is a $14000.00 sofa. They weren't even interested in doing semi-professional work. When I asked for a receipt, the guy wrote on the back of his business card and gave it to me. I wouldn't call him professional. I wouldn't recommend putting them on the List. I would never ever use them in the future.

They were great and everything turned out well. They were prompt, professional, and courteous.

Excellent service,great experience. They were professional on the phone, they picked up my rug when they said they would and returned it on time. The rug never looked better - great job!

Appointment was made for 12:00 noon, following week. They were exactly on time, one boss, two helpers. He surveyed the rooms and work to be done and began. We had moved our furniture. He asked if he wanted any additional furniture moved. I didn't. Work was completed professionally and quickly. I'm very pleased with the results.

THIS COMPANY DOES A FABULOUS JOB. THEY MADE MY CARPETS LOOK BRAND NEW. THEY DO THE JOB IN A VERY TIMELY MANNER. THEY MOVE EVERYTHING AND PUT IT BACK. I LOVE THE JOB THAT THEY DID FOR ME. I AM VERY PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE I RECEIVED FROM THEM.

THIS COMPANY DID AN AVERAGE JOB. THEY DID GET MY CARPETS CLEAN, BUT IT WASN'T AN OUTSTANDING JOB. THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL AND PLEASANT ENOUGH TO DO BUSINESS WITH, BUT THAT'S ABOUT IT.

THE TECHNICIANS THEY SENT OUT WERE VERY COURTEOUS AND VERY NICE. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND MOVED EVERYTHING BEFORE THEY STARTED. THEY EVEN GOT THE STAINS OUT THAT THE LAST COMPANY COULDN'T 6 MONTHS AGO.

THIS WAS A WONDERFUL COMPANY. THEY DID A GREAT JOB CLEANING MY CARPETS. I HAVE USED THEM MANY TIMES. I HAVE NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEM FROM THIS COMPANY.

THIS IS A OUTSTANDING CARPET CLEANING COMPANY. THEY REMOVE THE TOUGHEST STAINS AND ODORS, PLUS THE WORKERS ARE VERY COURTEOUS AND HELPFUL. I HAVE YET TO HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THIS COMPANY.
