 + 1 moreThe entire project went really well. Marcus ripped up our old carpet on the stairs then sanded and refinished the stairs. He also painted all the trim and spindles on the stairs and then painted the entire front foyer, hallway, upstairs hallway, trim and ceilings. Marcus was always polite, friendly and prompt each day and was great about working around our schedules as needed. He was very neat and put up a plastic sheet to help keep the dust more confined to the front hallway while doing the sanding. He was very meticulous about all of the painting and all of all trim and edges. He had someone helping him and he did a great job too and they completed the job faster than they had predicted. Overall it was a job very well done and we will definitely use him again for future painting jobs.
Description of Work: He sanded down our inside stairs and handrails and refinished them with 2-3 coats of polyurethane plus painted all of the spindles and edging around the stairs. He also painted all the trim, doors, walls and ceiling in the upstairs hallway, foyer and front hallway. In addition he secured every spindle to the handrail as they had become loosened with time (and little children spinning them).
