I was interested in a condo in one of the buildings they manage. I had some basic questions about how the building was managed I.e.what the policy would be for doing renovations called...no response. I had my realtor and the sellers realtor call...and no response. I emailed...and got no response....

I have been trying to get in touch with someone from the company for two months and nobody will speak to me. This strikes me as a red flag and I'm pulling out do the contract for the unit I plan on buying. My experience with Stillman leads me to believe that the building is poorly managed. I hope they improve the way they do business.
