The crew was efficient and had the job done in a couple of days except for the grinding of the maple tree stump. I had to call them up to let them know that they had forgotten the maple tree stump and they came back as soon as possible to complete that job. here were understandably surrounding parts of the lawn where the grass got stripped due to the huge logs that were cut from the trees, which had to be laid down on the lawn, but otherwise the cleanup was done well. The price was very competitive versus a couple other tree services that I consulted with. John, the arborist, was very professional, provided options and also gave his honest opinions to help us make a decision, with no hard sell. We're satisfied with the experience that we decided to sign up with the same company for the annual tree and shrub maintenance program. Hopefully that will work out well too.
