MC LANDSCAPE GROUP

This company overall performed very poorly in all areas. Weekly grass cutting was uneven. Several areas were missed on a continuous basis despite calls to the manager. Pruned shrubs late in the season. Replaced trees were of poor quality and several died within months. Company commited to replacing failed trees and never did. Manager did not return phone calls and was unresponsive to requests.

THEY DON'T REALLY DO A GOOD JOB. THE LAWN IS ALWAYS VERY UNEVEN AND A COUPLE OF TIMES THE BLADE WAS ON WRONG SO THEY SCALPED THE LAWN. WE HAD TO CALL THEM, AND THIS HAPPENED MORE THAN ONCE. WHEN THEY WERE WEEDING THEY PULLED OUT PLANTS, AND THEY HAVEN'T REPLACED THEM. IT'S BEEN TWO MONTHS. THEY ALSO CUT BACK MY HERBS AND PULLED HERBS OUT OF MY HERB GARDEN. THEY SEEMED EXPENSIVE TO US, BUT WHAT HAPPENED WAS WE HAD A PERSON LAST YEAR AND HE STOPPED DOING MAINTENANCE, AND THIS GUY TOOK OVER HIS CLIENTS. SO WE DECIDED TO GIVE HIM A TRY. THEY'RE HERE EVERY TUESDAY AS SCHEDULED. THE ONE THING THAT THEY PROMISED TO REPLACE THESE PLANTS, AND HE SAID HE'S ORDERED THEM AND WILL REPLACE THEM. THEY HAVEN'T DONE IT YET SO THAT'S WHY I GAVE THEM A B. THEY'RE SUPPOSED TO COME AND CUT THE LAWN, AND THEY DO. THEY JUST DON'T DO A VERY GOOD JOB.
