Robert and the Inter County crew were very professional with their work. They took the time and care to inspect the exterior wood for rot and replaced the trim work as needed. They covered the patio and area around the house, as they scraped and attended to the stocco work of the house. No drips on the patio, daily they checked to make sure the property was neat. They used quality paint on the exterior. We are very pleased with the result.

Inter County assisted us with prior renovations in our home for many years. Our latest requirement, described above, involved extensive exterior work to our home prior to the onset of winter. The new cedar siding was matched with the old siding and stained. Sections of old fascia on the rear of the house as well as a window soffit required replacing, sealing and painting as well. This involved third story work. I was unable to purchase shutters with the correct dimensions for the front of the house. The new cedar shutters I purchased needed some repairs upon receipt from the manufacturer in addition to being cut, fitted, sealed and sanded. Several coats of primer on the front, back and sides was required to properly seal the shutters and avoid bleeding. The old iron hardware was salvaged, repaired, painted and installed with the new shutters. Additional work included patching and sealing a long steep driveway timing the process to avoid debris falling from a beech tree nearby and forecasted rain. Interior work included installing and cutting a Corian countertop as well as reinforcing cabinets to withstand the weight of a new gas stove top. The final project was seamless with no obstruction of the old cabinet drawers despite the integration of the larger cook top.
