Met with Darrell on Friday to discuss the work, within an hour I have received the quote outlining everything that we have talked about including price, time frame and warranty.
Due to the rain (Darrell called me) the work could not have been performed over the weekend and therefore, once again, I have received a call from Darrell that a representative will be in on Wed. As I was leaving for work a Honey Do Man truck pooled up. All the work was done by the time I came home. The work was of a highest quality!

The painting was not well done. Sloppy. Air conditioner works fine, but the outer box was not completed properly. Lots of extra parts left with no explanation on what to do in the winter, and he left outer portion exposed and not properly finished. Nice guy, means well, but it appears he is good at some things but not at everything.
