The contractor was very responsive and prompt in replying to our request.  However, after rescheduling an appointment, he was quick to lose his temper and swear, and was abrasive in all future communication.  After completing the work, he refused to send an invoice until we had provided him with a check for the full amount due.  Without an itemized invoice, I informed him that I could not send him his payment.  He grew angry, and then responded via email.  I again informed him that in normal business conduct, an invoice is typically appreciated in order to identify the costs for the job.  He said MY "attitude was out of line," even after I told him that his check was in the mail.  I feel he may do quality work, but is not professional and sincerely rude.  I will not be doing business with him again.

Owner was responsive in getting to the job initially and cutting the glass. Before he installed the glass, we were told that the wall support for the glass could be removed after two weeks and that the glass would stay up on its own with the wall glue. When we removed the support, the mirror came down and broke. The glue never dried/cured. We were fortunate that it came down when only other contractors were in the bathroom and my wife/children were not using the vanity. I asked the contractor how we would replace the glass and he was not responsive. I am still awaiting some form of refund and went with another contractor. I would not use this contractor again.
