Our experience was quite simply, terrible and incredibly frustrating.  The owner came to our house, measured the dimensions for the aluminum fence to be installed, which required some custom work.  In addition, he inspected the fence to be moved, and determined the type of self-closers required to meet regulations.  He seemed professional, and we were assured the work would be done in a timely fashion.
It took countless emails and phone calls to get Globe Fence to simply move the existing wrought iron fence. We were never able to speak with the company.  The only response we ever received was through email, or through the general contractor that recommended them.   The work that was performed, weeks late, was sloppy, incomplete and unprofessional.  When we emailed (no response to phone calls)  to let the owner understand the nature of the work that was performed, and the need to address it, he promised to send an employee to re-do it.  No one ever showed up.  We had to hire another fencing contractor to re-do the work that Globe Fence performed.
The more significant issue was delivery of the self-closers and the new aluminum fence.  Our emails and phone calls met with no response.  When the owner finally responded, by email, we were told the factory that makes the self-closers was closed for vacation, and that we couldn't get them for several weeks.  The same response was given for the new aluminum fence (we were told the factory was in Europe and "shut down" for vacation).  Please note that the items were two months late at this point.  We continued to call to determine a delivery time, but never received a return call.  We recently learned through our contractor that the order was never placed.  The second fencing contractor installed the self-closers within one day of our call, and has ordered the aluminum fence.
We found that Globe Fence's responsiveness and conduct unprofessional, and work subpar.  We would never consider hiring them again.

Guy, the owner came out for the estimate.  After shopping around, I chose Globe Fencing.  He came with the brochures and had good ideas what would and would not look good.  I checked the fence material and manufacturer online, and it seemed reputable and the material was much better that what one would get from Home Depot or Lowes.  The gentlemen who came to install the fencing were professional and courteous.  Most of the holes were dug and filled in, but it seemed that not all the holes received concrete, as I asked the owner to do when I called him to give him the job.  I only noticed them dig a couple of holes.  One of them had a large rock in it.  Not much effort was used to try to get the rock out, instead the fence post was cut.  Many of the fence posts were cut instead of utilizing the full fence post length.  Easier to cut the fence post than dig a deeper hole.
I had two lines of fence put in.  Both lines were extremely straight and level, and every post was plumb.  Every cap was screwed in.  I know not everyone does that.  Besides the posts being cut, I was pleased with the workmanship.
