MY OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS GOOD. THE STAFF WAS VERY HELPFUL. THEY TOOK THE TIME TO HELP EXPLAIN THE DIFFERENT TYPES OF WOOD, THE DIFFERENT SIZES AND THE BENEFITS OF EACH. THEY ALSO EXPLAINED THE INSTALLATION PROCESS.
