EVERGREEN ARBORISTS INC

Evergreen were hired by my neighbor to bring down a very large, dead tree which hung over my yard and garage. They asked me for permission to access my yard for the work which I was happy to oblige.

Jody and his crew were exceptionally friendly, punctual and professional. They made sure not to damage my property and cleaned up the work site well. As a thanks, they left me a large amount of firewood neatly cut and stacked.

Because my neighbor paid for the work, I do not know the cost.

Went very well. Did what they said they would do on time, End result is much better appreciation of the property, enhancement of trees for safety, shade and aesthetics.

Evergreen Arborists Inc. Company did very good work. It was well priced. They came back in October and did what they were supposed to do. The person, who sold the deal, stopped by each day to supervise, check and make sure that everything was going well; I liked that. Also, these workers worked in horrible weather conditions; it was a 105 degree out here that summer. They came every day and got up on the trees without complaining and did what they had to do. I thought that was pretty impressive. Evergreen Arborists Inc. Company came in cheaper than another company’s bid I had received. It was about 30% lesser than the other company. So, their pricing was good; I was satisfied. They did what they said they were going to do and they showed up when they said they would. I think these days that counts for a lot. They also maintained very good communication with me throughout the job process.

They came and gave me an estimate which we modified slightly; then they showed up on time on a brutally hot day 105 degrees; and spent the whole next 2 days doing the work. Some of the workers did not speak english, but the crew head did and the person who estimated and sold the job stopped by each day to make sure things were being done properly. I was very happy with the work and plan to have them back in the fall for one more thing. Note: I priced 2 contractors and this one was half the price of the other.

Evergreen was very prompt in assessing the damage done by the storm and in giving an estimate. Then the scheduling was erratic. We did not know if a team was showing up or not. It lasted 3 weeks. No way to communicate with Evergreen, phone calls were NEVER returned. We had to live with this unpredictability. The teams had no supervisors, work was not organized or controlled. One day they were even fighting between themselves! Jose, who could appear as a sort of supervisor, when he showed up, was very unpleasant to deal with. It was a long and painful process.
