Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I needed a van to help with moving. They are okay. They have a lot of turnover in employees. They are not bad.

My experience with them was very good, and I like them. The people there are always friendly and offer good service. They charge on a per day basis.

Their price was reasonable even if I did not have to pay anything. I didn't have to wait long for the car to arrive. I didn't have any problem with them and their services. If I need their services, I would still choose their company.

Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Enterprise Rent-A-Car, didn't charge me a deposit, just a one day rental plus 20%. They are in the same building as the airport, the price of the rental was $50 plus 20% more kind of like a deposit, and when I bought the car back it ended up only costing me $46 total for 2 days.

This is an update to a report we did not write. Don't know why this report was written for us. very weird

Lowest price among the three I checked for same size car: Hertz, Budget and Enterprise. Easy pick up from Airport by Enterprise Shuttle. Short trip to destination. Professional and courteous staff. Clean new car. Easy return. I have been a Hertz Gold Club member for many years and would always use Enterprise now.

I have used their services a dozen times during the last 10 to 15 years. They are good at coming and picking you up. They take you to their rental center. Their cars have been good and I never had any problem with their cars. They have been helpful. I wish the question of buying insurance was an easier one though I have my own car insurance for it. They have always had cars available. Sometimes I have had to pick up one car at one location and drive it to another one which worked out fine. Their prices include taxes.

Everything went well until we returned the car. The Rep. said we did not bring car back at the same fuel level. Not true. We picked up the car at 3/4 of a tank and returned it the same. Rep charged us for a full tank. He was rude and did not listen to our concern. ALSO, we called to complain to the customer service and NOBODY called us back.

Enterprise is really bad. The cars usually smell. They never give me the car I have requested. Sometimes they have really been terrible. It s a large company and impersonal. The gas is always on E when I get the cars. The prices are what I would say are average. However, I have not stopped using them because they are right up the street from me. That does not mean I would really give them particularly high grades or tell others they are per say a great or outstanding company to use.
