Basement Remodeling
Generally, Bill and his team did an excellent job. However, they never completed the job! There was a delay in receiving the gas fireplace which was the last thing the crew had to install. Once the unit came in, I called Bill to install the unit. He agreed on a date and time and never showed. I rescheduled and he didn't show again. I left phone mails and sent an email indicating that he'd be in breach if he didn't install by a certain date. I have yet to hear from him. Fortunately, I had a hold-back provision in the contract. I needed to find another contractor to complete the job. Elite also never completed the punch list issues.

Besides being a great contractor, Bill is a great person. He and his people were always on time and always worked hard to complete the job in a timely manner. Which is exactly what they did. Bill always answered our questions and always informed us quickly of any problems or changes that needed to be made. Everyone thats seen our kitchen has been very impressed.
