THE TECHNICIAN, RAFAEL, WAS VERY HELPFUL AND THOROUGH IN INSTALLING IT AND TEACHING ME HOW TO USE IT. I have already used and praised this company and sent you the report. but I wanted to add additional praise: I needed an adjustment/repair because of something that happened that was my fault, and the guys came promptly, made the repair and charged NOTHING!
