We bought our first home (a multifamily) with Frank Lessa's guidance in 2005. Frank is generous with his knowledge and brings his years of experience ( and professional network) to bear for his clients. I have reached out to him several times in the intervening years and he has always made time to discuss the issues and provide professional feedback. Frank takes the customer relationship very seriously and there is no one I would recommend more highly.

After 6 months of searching we found our dream home. We visited many homes and each time was a learning experience for me. Frank is quick to point out both the positive and negative features of a home. He has an eye for potential in a place and is a wealth of knowledge. I was very pleased with my experience with Frank and Balch realty and I recommend them highly.
