Frank is generous with his knowledge and brings his years of experience ( and professional network) to bear for his clients. I have reached out to him several times in the intervening years and he has always made time to discuss the issues and provide professional feedback. Frank takes the customer relationship very seriously and there is no one I would recommend more highly.

Frank is quick to point out both the positive and negative features of a home. He has an eye for potential in a place and is a wealth of knowledge. I was very pleased with my experience with Frank and Balch realty and I recommend them highly.
Description of Work: I worked with Frank Lessa and he is hands down the best realtor. He is patient, informative and felt he always had my best interest at heart. I recommend Balch highly and would use their services again.

Description of Work: I used Balch to help me shop for a condo in 2004 and a single family home in 2008 and couldn't have been happier with both instances. Balch goes out of their way to educate you on the process and help you find the perfect place. Their agents put the customer's needs first as evidenced by the fact they will often point out flaws in a property that might go unnoticed by the untrained eye. Highly recommended.
