I called three days before Christmas and Joe Ciolino's workers came the next day. Two young men arrived on time after calling to  confirm their appointment time.  The junk was in back of the house down a hill and required quite a few trips up to the driveway.  A light rain was falling and the hilll was muddy.  With good humor and organization, they got the job done quickly and left the rear of the house spotless.  They also rolled a huge old TV up the hill.  It took three big guys to bring it into the house and these two young men struggled and got the TV up the hill and into the truck without giving up.  In all, the work was done well, the workers polite and professional, the price was right.  I'll be using All American Junk Removal again in the spring when we will be cleaning out our shed.

Joe came exactly on time to give us an estimate to remove some unwanted furniture and other items from our home.  He stated that if the estimate sounded good to us, and we wanted to have these items removed, he could be back within an hour.  The estimate was excellent.  He was back within the hour as he promised and all items were removed, which included a heavy two person sauna, a heavy computer desk that needed to be taken apart, a very heavy couch, which also had to be taken apart, an old TV (that didn't work), mattress and box spring.  They also took apart the metal bed frame and and removed that along with a computer chair.  Joe and his companion were very careful removing all items making sure that they wouldn't bump or scratch the walls of our home, even changing the position of some items to make sure that they would pass through smoothly.  We were very happy to have them, and the best part was that they were able to donate some of our items to charity -- for which we can count as a deduction.  These guys are real pros and they know what they are doing.  We will definitely use them again.

These guys were absolutely amazing while we cleaned out a duplex condo overrun by 30 years of hording. We were up against a deadline to empty the property for closing. Without All American Junk, we would not have been able to meet our deadline. Their prices are reasonable, and they make you feel like family while going through the remnants of your family member's home. I highly recommend them if you need help clearing out years of accumulated possessions.

I found this contractor through Craigslist. He contacted me almost immediately and we corresponded by email about how much the service was going to cost etc. Very easy to do business with. They showed up on time on the day we agreed on. I had prepped for the move by disconnecting all electric and hoses. The job was done within minutes and he charged me less than the originally quoted price for the work.

I plan on using them in the future and highly recommend them.

Joe and Pat arrived at the scheduled time, and removed the and quot;junkand quot; quickly, neatly and with no damage to the home. The handshake from Joe upon payment, at the price previously agreed to by phone, completed a very satisfactory experience. These guys were professional and fairly priced. Highly recommended!
