This firm came highly recommended from a local flooring merchant we trust. The company was responsive and punctual. We engaged the company to provide a quote on a full kitchen installation / remodel. Before signing an agreement we asked for clarification on a few cost items including plumbing and painting. We thought the plumbing quote was high and in an effort to stay within our budget, asked the company to re-quote the job assuming no painting was needed. We sent the request via email. We received an email almost immediately - explaining that "another job" had come up and they would not be able to start on our project - ever. A follow up phone call from me was met with a weak story about "other work" and a dismissive attitude. While I cannot comment on the quality off their work - I would warn anyone thinking about using this firm.
Description of Work: Requested quote to remodel kitchen and sun room including plumbing, electric.
