+ -1 moreTook 3 hours to come. Shows up and opens the waste line to let all the backed up water out, then goes outside to call his boss for a price. Now, at this point he has not done anything. Did he really have to flood the basement before coming up with that price. He comes back with the above price (three times the normal price that I have used in the past). I told him no thanks, price is too high. He walks out with an attitude and leaves without closing the waste line. This was the Brooklyn division of the company, because they have a Nassau division also.
