We are a family owned and operated local business that specializes in providing residential home inspections at an affordable price. My background in both residential and commercial construction as a contractor, small businessman, and long island resident, has served as the foundation for DeMartini Top Shelf Home Inspections LLC. As a NYS Certified Building/ Plumbing Code Official and Plans Examiner, I have performed thousands of inspections of one and two family homes, town houses, apartments, condominiums, as well as commercial office buildings, restaurants, mixed uses, etc. Today, working along with my three sons, our goal is to provide a reliable unbiased service to our client, at an affordable price. We realize the urgency and stress involved with any real estate transaction and our policy is to produce and email out your 50 page report which includes photos, summary section, and a detailed checklist within 48 hours of our comprehensive field inspection.
