Augie Esposito (Mr Stoop) is very conscientious, knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. He is punctual and his prices are very reasonable. His team tore down one old concrete stoop and one old brick stoop. They built two new beautiful stoops with bluestone and brick. He doesn't just finish the job, he goes out of his way to make sure the customer is satisfied. We highly recommend him.

It went very well, I was very satisfied. He was personable. His price was competitive, I felt it was a good price.

We got a quick appointment. He was knowledgeable and could point out what was wrong before we told him what we needed. With no and quot;you need this too and quot; to up the price. Auggie's was also the only offer that included a re-install of the wrought iron railing. Apparently this is an extra service that no other contractor mentioned. We had great weather and he used it to our advantage. The whole job took 2 days with a return visit for the railing.
Auggie and his crew were very competent, efficient and polite. This was, without doubt, the most well-done and efficient house job we've ever had!

Well i Called Mr Stoop, "Augie" and left a message. He called me back the same day which was great. He set up an appointment with me for 7:30 that night. I made arrangements for my contractor to be there (he is putting in the doors and columns) so that they can coordinate and be on he same page. At about 8:15 after him not showing up and not calling me to say he won't be, i called both his numbers and left a voicemail for him to call me.. Well it's 5 days later and he has not returned any of my calls... My brother is the one who recommended him to me (he was supposed to have some work done as well) but he hasn't returned his calls since then either.

A.E. Construction is a company advertising their services in local publications as "Mr. Stoop". I contacted Mr. Stoop for estimates to rebuild my 80 year old, falling apart front stoop. The owner, Augustino (Auggie) Esposito, appeared on time for all appointments and he and his crew started and completed the work as scheduled. Unfortunately, and not entirely his fault, Auggie was unable to even come close to matching the color of the existing brick veneer of my 1924 vintage ranch. The new stoop stood out like a sore thumb as the brick used in no way matched the color samples he submitted during the estimate process. Fortunately, I was able to locate a company that specializes in correcting exactly this problem. Overall, Augie and his crew did a great job. The color problem aside, the workmanship provided is well above average and an error made to the walkway configuration was corrected the very next day. By at least matching the texture of the existing brick and exactly matching the mortar joints of the existing brick veneer, Auggie's work now blends seamlessly with the rest of the house after the finish work done by the other company. I highly recommend A.E. Construction/Mr. Stoop and Auggie Esposito to any homeowner needing masonry work. His work ethic and craftsmanship are without equal and I could not be happier with the results.
