They gave me an estimate which was reasonable. Scheduling was a bit of time out but I was fine to wait as they looked to be a good company to work with. The job was done while I was at work. Came home to new gutters, they look great

I had a leak in my basement. Mike re-directed the flow of water from the house to help with this. He was very frugal and wanted to save me money. They matched the color, cleaned up after themselves and removed the old gutters. They were great to work with, just nice people. I have already hired them again to work on my Aunt's home. I do not gush over customer service in general but I cannot say enough nice things about Mike and Lori.

The job was smooth and efficient from start to finish. The guy who provided the initial proposal was prompt and professional in assessing the job. He provided good advice on the installation and left us with a detailed proposal and cost. When we accepted the proposal they scheduled the work quickly and completed it in a day. It looks good and functions as planned. This is the second time we have used Northeast for similar work and would not hesitate to call them again should the need arrise.

Even when providing the estimate, Mike was very thorough and conscientious. We walked around the house together; he put a lot of thought into what would work the best and also to what would have the best curb appeal.
During the installation, when he encountered irregularities with the condition of the house, he took his time to engineer sturdy, permanent solutions - all while considering what would maintain the best appearance. I imagine that other contractors might have taken shortcuts to hide these problems, rather than solve them. Despite the additional work, Mike (or Lori) kept to the original quoted price, which was competitive with other quotes we had received. We're glad we chose Northeast Seamless Gutters to improve our house.

Mike took on an annoying and difficult repair job. My 112 year old gutters were leaking from holes and alignment issues. Mike discovered that they had been removed and put back on during a roof replacement years ago. They were a constant headache. After determining that it would be more work and expense to replace them we decided to try and repair them. He did the job competently, shoring up the gutters with simple but effective methods. They aren't going to last another hundred years, but this repair will get us to the next roof replacement, hopefully 10 years.

Estimate / cost was within range of other companies based on normal size gutter system. Northeast called ahead to confirm and arrived as scheduled. They were professional, thorough and did a good job. I have a larger than normal gutter system so it took them much longer than expected - I'm sure the price will be higher next time but I would use them again. I will also contact them when replacing my gutters in the future.

They provided a second estimate, which was much lower than the first, but done in a very knowledgeable and professional way. So based in part on the Angie's list data, we went ahead with NE Seamless. Part way through the job they found that the originally specified materials would not work properly, so they installed a less expensive but otherwise equivalent material. Whole job was done properly and on time. No problems

They arrived ahead of schedule and went right to work, with only a pause in the middle to ask how I wanted the ends installed with our open rafters. They were done within 3-4 hours despite the oppressive heat and did an excellent job cleaning up behind themselves after the job was finished. They were very professional and answered any questions I had in a friendly manner. Their pricing was very reasonable and I would certainly use them again and recommend them to my friends and family.

It was good. It was delayed a little more than we would have like, but it wasn't their fault. Once they came, they did a great job. They were pleasant and professional. There have been no problems and we have had quite a bit of rain.
