MIKE FLEMING HOME IMPROVEMENT

This is the second time we have had work done and would recommend them to everyone. We worked together on the design and budget. Mike again offered ideas to improve on our design from a construction perspective..they work every day until the job is done with no delay. They started it on time and finished when planned.

Third time I have worked with Mike and have been pleased with the results all three times. He does a great job, cleans up so you don't even know he was there and very professional. Would recommend him.

Mike and his father and brother came to do the work on Friday, 9/21/12. They didn't put down drop cloths, so I asked them not to walk on the wall to wall carpet with their sneaks. Father and brother worked on the basement windows and Mike replaced the weatherstripping on the doors.
I didn't like the grab bar Mike brought so I went to Lowe's and purchased another one. When he went upstairs, he took off his sneaks and did a fine job. I also asked him to do some extra work, such as replacing the caulk in the bathtub and repairing and painting some areas around the roof window in the master bedroom.
Mike and his father and brother did a fine job and spent about 4-4 1/2 hours here.
If I could make a suggestion to many self employed people, I would suggest that they keep in better contact with people requesting work to be done. I had to call Mike a few times before he came to give us an estimate. Then after he sent the estimate, we called and told him we wanted him to do the work. He said it would be about two weeks before he would get to us. We waited about a month before calling him again to ask when he would do the work. He then said that he would come in the middle of the next week and try to give us a day's notice. He then called on Thurs. night and left a message saying he would be here Friday morning. I had to call him and ask what time they would be here.
Despite all that, they did a fine job and were professional.
Just wish they had cloth drop cloths and/or booties.

Mike was prompt and courteous and did a wonderful job. We do not expect to have any more leaking from that site.
