 + -1 moreAfter a long Sunday without being able to flush or put anything down any of the drains in the house, Bob and his team came out on Monday AM. He called me up to let me know that he could bump my PM appt up to the AM. Bob came out, located my septic tank and correctly diagnosed the problem. The pipe from the house to the tank had been installed poorly years ago and had settled, restricting the flow into the tank. Bob excavated and replaced the sunken tank (ensuring it was supported with some concrete). He also fixed the baffles in the tank which were no longer functional and installed a cleanout between the house and the tank to help resolve any future problems. He even patched and tamped the lawn where his small excavator had left some divots while one of his team followed behind with a rake to pick up any last cosmetic issues. It is rare to find a contractor who you immediately trust and who has the experience to find and fix the symptom and the cause- as well as throwing in some preventive maintenance. This was my first time hiring Bob and he now has my septic business for life.
