My husband and I canâ t say enough good things about SR interiors. It was our first mayor renovation (total gut) to our â as is purchased Yonkers houseâ and we knew we needed someone with good experience. Steven and his crew were always prompt, responsive and dedicated spending many late hours to get the job done. Our renovations were done very precise and detailed. We were also guided by Stevens experience in dealing with the permits of the city of Yonkers which took most of our delays. We are very pleased with out outcome and would love to work with SR Interiors (Steven) again. Our remodel was not an easy one but Steven and his crew and subcontractors made the process more understandable and once the permits are issued his timeline was on point and did not leave nothing undone. They did not finish the job they were contracted to do my shower is still leaking. I have contacted the Better Business Bureau.

"Hi Donna, This job was 100% completed. We did nothing with the shower. All we did was the shower doors, vanity the medicine cabinet and the light for the mirror. We did not touch your shower. What is leaking is the shower head. We did not know about the shower head until we finished the job. We were only informed about the leaking shower head when we were finished with the job. We did mention to you that this woud be fixed. But my plumber is booked out for the next few weeks and we are waiting for him to be available for him to come and fix it. Which we have already explained to you. When we were finished with the job you said you were completely happy and satisfied with our work. The shower head was not in our scope of work. I am sending my plumber to come to fix it. We just need time as we discussed."
