Extraordinary team! John and Jeneen took our project from concept to completion seamlessly. The transformation of our kitchen is fantastic. I had reservations about the choice of countertops. I decided to trust Jeneen; I am thrilled that I did! I love all the finishes in my kitchen, but especially the countertops! Vitkus Management has been our contractor for several renovation projects; most recently a complete renovation and demo of our kitchen. Vitkus worked closely with us regarding the redesign. The owner was extremely helpful with the design and worked within my budget constraints. Kitchen was gutted to the studs. New floor, Sheetrock, cabinets, granite, electrical and appliances were all managed and installed ahead of schedule and under budget. From start to finish, Vitkus and team were such a pleasure to work with. He totally understood what we were looking for, and did everything possible to exceed expectations. Highly recommend....this company does it BEST!!

Jeneen and John are great teams that work together seamlessly beginning with Jeneen vision which took into account our needs and budget and ending with the execution of John. They are both professional, honest, and extraordinarily talented. Our master bathroom was totally gutted. They told us it would be completed in two weeks, and they were true to their word. The end result is a beautiful master bathroom that we cannot stop admiring.

A pleasure doing business with them. Would not hesitate to hire again for another project.

Wish I could give John and Jeneen 10 stars! They did a bathroom remodel for me and I could not be more pleased. From the initial meetings with Jeneen and her being so helpful with the design to the professionalism they both show in their work to the way they treated my home during the process, the experience was first class. My new bathroom is beautiful. I was so pleased I have them coming back to do my kitchen!

As a new home owner, I didnâ t know anything about renovations. I needed new floors, an updated kitchen, bathrooms and fresh paint. Jeneen and John were there to help every step of the way. My projects were completed in 2.5 weeks and I was able to stay under my budget. My home was left spotless every single day. John is very skilled, efficient and always careful. Jeneen made my vision a reality and has an amazing eye for detail. I donâ t know what I would have done without her! Will be using Vitkus Management again for our next project this summer.

Finally done. The house is dirty. The clean up is incomplete. patio door /lighting fixture rug stained front entrance spilled paint front walkway sawdust left. Not cleaned, so disappointed. Completion date 1/14/2021. Counter one side of range, even on the other side counter for an inch and a half low. Clamshell molding on entry to the dining room is two inches short. They left it that way. The screen on the kitchen window was damaged in cleaning. Started November 2020. Home still coated in white gypsum powder when I complained John said I was a nitpicker then he came back to say he was not happy with my review they should have done Better work patio door still covered in white powder light fixture dirty

They are a great team and it shows in the work. They really know how to execute a vision and turn it into something more beautiful than expected. They are extremely professional and always willing to address questions or concerns even after the project is done. The absolute best!

My husband and I bought a wonderful Croton on Hudson house with no shortage of remodeling projects to tackle. The guest bathroom, with its undersized vanity, kid-sized toilet, plastic shower surround, and disturbingly bouncy tub, with an abundance of beige stucco (including on the baseboard heating covers) was saved for last. After exploring several options, we met with Jeneen and John of Vitkus Management, Inc. COVID delayed starting the project, but once it began things could not have gone smoother. With a general idea of what we wanted, Jeneen provided great choices in cabinetry, flooring, wall tiles, fixtures, and lighting. While John and the company made the demolition, framing, plumbing, and re-wiring a quick and painless operation. Importantly, as my husband and I are both now working remotely from home, Jeneen and John were always respectful of the space, COVID protocols, and keeping things as neat as possible. I just want to add that their tile work is beautifully meticulous, and the marble of the new vanity countertop is stunning. Ultimately, we now have a fresh, new, wonderfully appointed guest bathroom that somehow looks larger than it did before. All we need now are guests with whom to share it. Thank you, Jeneen and John, for a job VERY well done.

I hired Vitkus Management to renovate my bathroom. I cannot say enough good things about them. John and Jeneen are a pleasure to work with, they are extremely accommodating, and they are fairly priced. Will definitely hire them in the future for other projects and strongly recommend! Adding to this review. Vitkus Management just finished updates to my kitchen, specifically new counters, backsplash and lighting. As before, they did an amazing job. Highly recommend.

I hired Vitkus management to remodel my kitchen during the pandemic because of water damage. John and Jeneen gave us a good price. They gave us high-quality work very clean, neat , professional and their customer service is awesome. I highly recommend them to anyone they are great people I will be calling them again for my next project. Jeneen has great design knowledge and John is a perfectionist with all his work.
